As the Senior Director of People and Culture at Singapore Pools, I help leaders and colleagues realise their potential in every step they take, towards our continuous journey of Doing Good for the Community. My work entails workforce planning, talent attraction and retention, employee experience and communication strategies. It makes me proud when business grows, strong relationships are forged, and colleagues enjoy coming to work every day.
While I have more than 20 years of experience working with global MNCs, government and start-up sectors, my journey of acquiring new skills and building relationships is continuous. On a personal front, I love food and enjoy the stillness and peace of meditation.
