Derick Khoo has worked in progressive human resources roles in the past 25 years, focusing on business partnering and HR leadership. At present, Derick leads Human Resources for AstraZeneca in Asia, covering the India, ASEAN, Taiwan and South Korea markets. Prior to AstraZeneca, Derick has worked in other global healthcare companies such as Eli Lilly and Johnson & Johnson, a Malaysian headquartered regional company, Tan Chong Motor Holdings, and diverse roles with global companies in the consumer and services business. He did a sales role with SAP where he offered solutions to public listed companies in Malaysia with SAP SuccessFactors. Derick received his MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science from the Faculty of Human Ecology, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
