As Chief People Officer at Swire Shipping, she leads a global team of HR professionals, building a culture to drive long-term performance, profitability and growth through the engagement and development of the Group’s employees. Corporate Communications also sits under her wing, responsible for internal communication, branding, public relations, external media, and crisis management.

Eleana began her HR career with SembCorp Marine, and prior to Swire Shipping was Chief Human Resources Officer at Thome Group. Having spent her career with Ship Owners/Operators, Ship Managers and Shipyards, Eleana has developed a deep understanding of and passion for the maritime industry.
