Elena is currently the Regional HR Director with Carrier. In her role, she provides strategic HR leadership and direction on people matters to ensure sustainable organisational growth. Prior to this, Elena worked in bp where she held various HR business partnering, diversity & inclusion, and talent roles. She successfully led the Asia & Pacific businesses through a number of M&As, modernisation, and transformation programmes. Under her leadership, bp received multiple external awards and recognitions as an employer of choice.

Elena holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University, a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore HR Institute and a Master’s degree in Physics from Moscow Engineering Physics University in Russia. Elena is based in Singapore with her family and can be found either reading, working out or planning her next vacation.
