Han Wei Fong is WTW’s Country Leader in Singapore, overseeing the firm’s operations in the market. He also serves as Head of Health & Benefits, Singapore, leading the strategic development and growth of the business. In this role, he is responsible for delivering exceptional value to clients through innovative employee benefits design and the implementation of programmes.

In Singapore, he oversees a high-performing team of health and benefits consultants who consistently deliver strong results for clients. Under his leadership, the Health & Benefits team champions innovation, client-centric solutions, and operational excellence in the evolving employee benefits landscape.

Han Wei has over 15 years of experience in the industry, specialising in managing multi-country deliverables for a portfolio of global and regional companies in Asia. These include global broking implementation, retirement advisory, benefits plan design review and benchmarking, alternative financing strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and actuarial claims analytics.

Han Wei holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences and Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
