Hans is the Associate Director, Global Performance Incentives in the Total Rewards (TR) COE at Johnson Controls and the Total Rewards Business Partner for Johnson Controls-Hitachi (JCH) Joint Venture. He is responsible for the design and delivery of effective and sustainable incentive solutions for the Asia Pacific organization and is a member of the Global Incentive Team. He also provides TR leadership and support to the Global JCH organisation.
Hans has a wide breadth of experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, international assignment, job analysis & evaluation, competency assessment, performance management and HRIS. He has trained, presented to, and consulted thousands of executives and professionals across the Asia Pacific region, including many Fortune 500 companies. Some of Hans notable achievements would include creating a global grading tool, developing regional compensation frameworks, piloting flexible benefits initiatives, leading incentive designs, and driving regional benefits review.
