Heena has more than 18 years of experience in operations, working in various departments related to HR outsourcing and shared services within the functions of customer service, accounts payable, retirement, and transitions, in addition to having managed flex and broking operations in the employee benefits and insurance industry. Heena is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership to the company, closely coordinating and working with the senior leadership team.

She spent a significant part of her career working with numerous multinationals, helping them manage their operational performance and client deliverables with her forte being developing, streamlining, and documenting processes and delivering client centric services. Heena is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and has built efficiencies into existing processes through automation, resource management, implementing new technologies, and process simplification for the Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong regions.

Heena has also received a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune India.
