Heena has more than 18 years of experience in operations, working in various departments related to HR outsourcing and shared services. This includes functions of customer service, accounts payable, retirement, and transitions. She has also managed flex and broking operations in the Employee Benefits and Insurance industry. Heena is responsible in providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company, which she coordinates and works closely with the senior leadership team.

Heena has spent a significant part of her career working with numerous multinationals to help them in managing their operational performance and client deliverables. Her forte is in developing, streamlining, documenting processes and delivering client centric services. Heena is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and has built efficiencies in existing processes through automation, and resource management. She also leads new technology implementation and process simplification for Singapore, Malaysia and the Hong Kong region.

Heena has done Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune, India.
