James is the Head of Business Development for Asia Pacific at WTW, with over two decades of experience in the employee benefits space. He advises large corporate clients on benefits strategy, including design, administration and delivery, ensuring programmes align with business and people objectives. James also has deep experience in wellbeing and maximising employee engagement through technology.

James started with WTW in January 2018 in the London office and moved to Singapore in early 2022. Prior to WTW, he held senior positions at Mercer and HSBC, and has also worked for AIG Dubai and ISOS Paris. His extensive experience spans multiple regions and industries.

James is a graduate of the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and holds various industry accreditations, including certifications in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (London), the Institute of Financial Planning (London) and the Singapore Institute of Insurance.
