Jennifer is a Global HR Director delivering continuous talent innovation and development for Gulf Marine’s workforce. Based in Singapore, she leads HR strategies across over 10 countries for the leading provider of marine lubricants and technical services. Most recently, she has been accredited for successfully implementing organisational change and development interventions that leverage a performance-driven culture to enhance talents’ potential. These efforts have resulted Jennifer and her team winning the Gold Award for ‘Excellence in Business Transformation’ at the HR Excellence Awards 2023. 

Equipped with a Master of Science in Global HR Management, two Post Graduate Diplomas in Organisational Psychology and Human Capital Development, a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), as well as a Luma Institute Human Centred Design Practitioner Certificate, Jennifer is passionate about transforming businesses through creating progressive and inclusive HR cultures that foster sustainable growth and excellence for both employers and employees.
