Joanne is responsible for Total Rewards strategies & policies impacting more than 14,000 employees in the Asia-Pacific region at Otis Elevator Company. Over the course of her international career that spanned more than 20 years, she has accumulated experience in pensions consulting, HR and Compensation & Benefits matters with multinational companies in Canada, UK, France, Malaysia and Singapore, and in diverse industries including high-tech, life sciences, e-commerce and infrastructure.

Joanne holds an Actuarial Science degree from the University of Calgary, Canada, and a MBA from the Nanyang Business School, Singapore. She also holds active certifications from the WorldatWork, namely the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and is a Volunteer Career Advisor with Workforce Singapore.
