Ker Ying is an experienced leader in strategic business partnering, total rewards, and global mobility. He is passionate about translating people strategies into tangible business outcomes that enable growth and performance.

Ker Ying is currently the Senior People Partner at Convatec. He partners with senior leaders to drive people strategies. He also implements people programmes aligned with business priorities across diverse, high-growth markets.

Prior to Convatec, he led Total Rewards at Accenture Southeast Asia and Ikano Retail. There, he designed and implemented a range of total rewards programmes. These included job grade frameworks, incentive programmes, flexible benefits, and gender pay equity programmes.

Earlier in his career, Ker Ying specialised in global mobility, regional personal tax, and immigration. He also spent several years with Mercer and Korn Ferry Hay Group, where he advised organisations on employee and executive compensation strategy and programmes.
