Leo has over 20 years of cross-industry experience in HR, majority of which spent in Total Rewards. As Head of Performance & Reward for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APM), he leads a team in partnering the business on P&R strategy development and execution across 24 countries. KONE is a global leader in the elevator & escalator industry and is headquartered in Finland.

Having worked in local, regional and global roles, Leo has built expertise in reward innovations & talent-linked solutions for complex and dynamic markets. Prior to KONE, he was a Regional Total Rewards Director at Electrolux (home appliances) and a Global Reward Director at Unilever (consumer goods).

Beyond corporate work, Leo is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Enneagram Personality Profiling. He is also a Peak Performance Coach, specializing in Hypnotherapy.
