Madhumita Banerjee

Madhumita Banerjee is APAC Head of Compensation and Benefits. She is responsible for compensation, benefits, wellness, and compensation regulatory matters across Asia Pacific and Global Business Services in India.

Madhu joined Bank of America in 2010 within the Global Business Services HR team in India. Over the years, she has held various responsibilities as compensation leader for GBS and benefits leader for Asia Pacific. She was also a compensation executive for APAC GCIB.

Prior to joining the firm, Madhu worked at IBM, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Vodafone. She holds a dual postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and Economics.

Madhu and her family reside in Singapore. She is involved in community volunteering initiatives focused on children’s education. She also serves as an Advisor to the Governing Board of United World College, South East Asia.
