Madhumita Banerjee is the APAC Head of Compensation and Benefits responsible for all compensation, benefits, wellness, and comp regulatory matters across our franchise in Asia Pacific and Global Business Services in India.
Madhu joined Bank of America in 2010 within the Global Business Services (GBS) HR team in India. Over the years she had held various responsibilities as Compensation Leader for GBS, Benefits Leader for Asia Pacific and Compensation Executive for APAC GCIB. Prior to joining the firm, Madhu has worked at IBM, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Vodafone.
She holds a dual postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and Economics. Madhu and her family reside in Singapore. She is involved with community volunteering initiatives that focus on children’s education and serves as an Advisor to the Governing Board of United Word College, South East Asia.
