Meenakshree Nanda (Shree) is an accomplished global HR leader with over 15 years of experience, spanning various facets of human resources and organisational development. Her career is distinguished by her ability to lead strategic initiatives in Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Business Partnering (BP) roles, creating impactful change across diverse organisational settings.

Currently, Meenakshree is at the forefront of leading and driving wellbeing, inclusion, and diversity (WID) initiatives for the APAC region at DP World Asia Pacific. Her strategic roadmap in these areas focuses on cultivating a seamless employee experience and fostering a deep sense of belonging.

Winner of the Prestigious Global Women of Influence Awards 2025, 3x LinkedIn Top Voice, and a certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Shree also has a double Masters in Personnel Management & HRM as well as Labour Law. She comes to the stage backed by more than 25 credible certifications such as Certified DEIB Specialist, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Workplace Health & Wellbeing, Mental Health First Aid, Global HR Leaders Programme from NUS Business School Executive Education to name a few.

A passionate advocate of wellbeing, she truly believes this starts with small everyday habits. She is also a certified “BollyDazz” instructor which combines Bollywood dance and fitness routines together.
