Michael Piker brings a wealth of experience in global People & Culture (P&C), having worked across nine countries with renowned brands. As a seasoned global P&C executive, his strategic focus includes areas such as total rewards, talent mobility, AI use cases in P&C, DE&IB, workforce transformation, and people technology.

Beyond his corporate achievements, he serves as a speaker and adviser on Global HR topics at Vlerick Reward Centre, New York University (NYU SPS), Erasmus University (Expatise Academy), CBMN/RUMBOLD, TR2050, WorldatWork, and atlas copilot. He also serves as a public speaker and podcaster on these topics.

An Irish–American dual citizen with a global perspective, he is also a Japanese and German speaker, reflecting his commitment to cross-cultural understanding. His academic journey includes studies at IMD, Dickinson College, and Kansai Gaidai University.
