Milin is based in Bangkok and currently heads up the Total Rewards function in Nestle Indochina. In addition to this role, she is also Nestle’s Regional Benefits Manager for Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Middle East, supporting Nestle markets in optimizing their benefits strategies, cost and driving efficiencies, particularly in employee benefits insurances.

Milin’s expertise also includes vendor selection and management, Global Mobility and Employee Benefits Captive management.

Milin started her career in Pensions consulting and has a degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics. She has worked in Aon, Mercer and WTW.
