Molly Ang is the Vice President, Global Rewards, at Seagate Technology International. Having joined the leading data storage company in 2002, she has grown through the ranks taking on leadership roles such as senior director and executive director, before taking on her current global remit, based in Singapore, three years ago.

She possesses 24 years of broad HR experience both as a consultant and as a practitioner, in areas such as staffing, performance management, union management, mobility, and compensation & benefits. She has worked in various industries, such as consultancy, retail, fashion, engineering, heavy equipment, hi-tech (software), and manufacturing.

As someone who is constantly looking at new and innovative ways in HR delivery, she has been credited with being one of the first in the Asia market to launch co-sharing in healthcare programmes and flexi-benefits.
