Ng Kian Khar joined Singtel Group in 2011 and is currently heading the rewards function, overseeing all rewards and benefits related issues across the Singtel Group. His experiences covered total rewards framework, salary structures, cash incentives, equity compensation, benefits, executive compensation, M&A, etc. Prior to joining Singtel, he was with the Public Service Division, where he was involved in compensation-related strategies and policies across the Civil Service Kian Khar holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) from Imperial College, London and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from University of California, Berkeley.
