Patricia Pinies is the Head of Rewards for Diageo Asia Pacific. She has worked in Diageo for more than 12 years with experience in local, regional, and global roles across the HR function. In her current role, she’s responsible for designing Reward strategies that will contribute to Diageo’s talent agenda across 11 markets across the region. In the past two years in Asia Pacific, she has focused on building the right level of competitiveness and transforming the organization’s benefits offering.
Originally from Venezuela, Patty currently lives in Singapore with her husband and 5-year-old daughter. In her free time, Patty enjoys getting to know the wonderful places the Little Red Dot has to offer.
