Pauline Loo is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore. Working across Asia as part of the ASEAN and management team, she provides the overall HR strategy for driving talent and leadership strategies and solutions which support the business strategies of Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation. She leads the organisational performance and business results by optimising competencies, while enhancing a high level of employee engagement across the ASEAN region.
