Prior to joining IHH Laboratories, Pauline held regional HR leadership roles at technology firms such as ServiceNow, Boston Scientific and DuPont Nutrition and Biosciences, where she has built high performance teams that enabled the growth of these companies during their early days in the Asia Pacific region.
