Peter Goh

Peter Goh joined GIC in 2008 and is currently Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resource & Organisation.  He is responsible for the full range of People policy-making and operations in more than 10 office locations in Americas, Europe and Asia. He leads global teams on Talent & Organization Strategy, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics and HR Shared Services. He started his career as a research scientist in DSO National Laboratories and held appointments at Defense Science and Technology Agency (DSTA),  before moving into human resources as Head, HR at Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).

Dr Goh graduated with first class honours in Natural Sciences from University of Cambridge. He also holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Imperial College London, and Master of Arts in Organization Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
