Pheona brings over a decade of experience in providing workplace health and wellness consultancy. Her experience largely includes strategic advisory work to programme design, implementation and client management. In addition to her key role, she leads and constantly empowers a team of business consultants and operational support executives to ensure quality deliverables and client excellence are achieved through active vendor management and monitoring of service standards.

Pheona is the Regional Director of Corporate Health & Wellbeing. She is overall responsible for leading the health management practice in Asia Pacific. In her role, she is accountable for driving excellence across all regional client projects which include project management, research work and data analytics to support delivery.

She is also responsible for driving strategic partnerships by working with different third-party vendors to support continuous innovation of solutions for the region and to ensure successful delivery of all consulting projects. In addition to her direct client delivery work, she is also responsible to review and develop regional best practices frameworks, thought leaderships, client engagement initiatives as well as to facilitate internal training and support to colleagues to drive business growth and consistency in excellence and delivery.

Pheona holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing, First Class Honours and

is a certified workplace health consultant, awarded by the Health Promotion Board in 2010 and 2015. Her dedication and passion in providing consulting services to organisations for the Singapore Health Award is a testament to her success in helping numerous prestigious clients achieve recognition for their exemplary workplace health promotion practices.
