Rahul is the Head of Benefits for Standard Chartered Bank globally and is based in Singapore. In his role, he oversees all of the Bank’s non-retirement benefits globally and strives to ensure that benefits are designed and delivered in a manner that is accessible and equitable for all of his colleagues. Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank, Rahul was with Allianz in Singapore and Mercer in San Francisco where he has worked in the Retirement and Health & Benefits space across both technical and customer facing roles.
