Ray is Senior Director, Human Resources, SEA, Hong Kong and Shenzhen at KLA Corporation. In his role, Ray is responsible for the full spectrum of HR function for the regions and works closely with the business leaders to effect talent solutions and development. As a HR Leader, he believes that HR exists because of business and should constantly strive to be a value creator! The seat at the table needs to be earned!

On top of his role at KLA, Ray is also the Chairman for SEMI SEA Workforce Development Council. The council provides guidance to SEMI SEA and sets workforce and talent development strategies, shares best practices and creates solutions in a collaborative manner to address the key challenges in the semiconductor industry.
