Ruchika is a highly accomplished HR professional with over two decades of practical experience in talent management across various regions, including Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States. She is recognised for her extensive expertise in talent and rewards consulting, which has enabled her to lead consultant teams and advise organisations on improving their global talent acquisition, aligning their talent and learning strategies, and enhancing employee rewards and HR technology to meet business objectives and employee development.

Ruchika possesses a diverse range of technical skills, including job evaluation, organisational effectiveness, talent management, executive and broad-based rewards, performance, succession planning, leadership competencies, performance management design, goal setting, employee engagement, learning and development, and expat compensation. As a skilled trainer, she has conducted numerous workshops on these topics.

Presently, Ruchika holds the position of global head of Corporate HR at Apollo Tyres, where she oversees talent management, learning and development, performance, rewards, mobility, HR policy, HR technology, and other related functions. Additionally, she serves as the global HR BP Head for all corporate functions, ensuring that HR initiatives and functions align with business objectives and drive an HR agenda that supports organisational goals.
