Sajjad Parmar is Head of Reward for APAC at eBay. He started his work journey with Unilever in Pakistan and moved to the Singapore office in 2008. He then moved to GSK as Regional Reward Lead for Asia. Prior to that, he was Regional HR Transformation Lead for finance and supply chain and Head of HR for Malaysia before taking on his current role with eBay.
He also has extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, HR transformation, performance management, and HR analytics.
