He has successfully driven business development, established and grown consulting practices across India, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific markets. Currently, Shafnas is based in Singapore and spearheads the people strategy and excellence across Asia Pacific and Middle East for Borouge (a joint venture of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and Borealis of Austria). He holds a strong influence as the key driver for people strategy, organizational design, total rewards management, employee engagement, and cost planning and budgeting.
