Shaun Ee is Head of People at The HEINEKEN Company, leading the People organisation for Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore. He partners with senior leadership to drive people’s strategy and organisational transformation in support of business performance.

Shaun brings over 20 years’ experience across consumer, manufacturing, and logistics sectors, including leadership roles with McDonald’s, Kimberly-Clark, and Commonwealth Capital Group. He is known for organisation-wide transformation, sustainable talent pipelines, and measurable improvements in engagement, performance, and employer brand.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Outside of work, Shaun enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid fitness enthusiast, having completed multiple HYROX races and marathons.
