Shaun Sha has spent 18 years in employee benefits consulting, helping organisations across Asia design programmes that balance cost sustainability with a benefits experience that employees genuinely value.

He founded L’tria in 2017, drawing on a career built at Aon and then Mercer, where he spent eight years advising organisations on employee benefits and healthcare strategy across the region. His advisory work spans the full benefits lifecycle: plan design, insurer negotiation, claims analysis, and ongoing programme management.

Today, L’tria and its digital employee benefits platform, Tribe, manage benefits for over 70,000 employees across 14 markets in Asia, working primarily with financial institutions, technology firms, and professional services organisations. Shaun’s approach centres on building benefits structures that are commercially sound, regionally scalable, and meaningfully connected to employee wellbeing.
