Shirley Chua leads the Local Employee Benefits & Flex division within the Corporate Accounts Department at Pacific Prime CXA. With more than 17 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry, Shirley brings a strong track record in client relationship management and advisory, with a focus on delivering health and flexible benefits solutions that drive measurable value.

Since joining Pacific Prime CXA in 2019 as a Senior Client Relations Manager, Shirley has consistently demonstrated her ability to put herself in the client’s shoes — understanding their challenges, anticipating their needs, and co-creating solutions that are both strategic and practical. In her leadership role since April 2023, she leads a team dedicated to managing a wide range of local and regional corporate accounts, helping clients enhance employee engagement, optimise cost-efficiency, and future-proof their benefits strategy.

Shirley has led the implementation of several large-scale, flexible benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with each client’s unique organisational goals and employee demographics.

Shirley holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia, with majors in Money & Banking and Finance.
