Shah Rouf is CEO of Group Corporate Solutions at AIA Group – the employee benefits business of the world’s largest life insurer. He joined AIA in 2012 with the group’s acquisition of Aviva Sri Lanka where he was CEO from 2010 to 2016, before which he was CEO of Aviva Romania.

His professional career began over 27 years ago, and after concluding his studies at the London School of Economics he joined Commercial Union (Aviva) as a Graduate Management Trainee, and subsequently held senior management positions in life and non-life insurance in the UK, Middle East, India and continental Europe.
