Stanley’s HR journey is equally diversified. He has led HR business partnering, rewards and benefits, manpower planning, and M&A. He believes broad HR experience helps design the most effective rewards strategies.
Stanley gains the greatest satisfaction from designing effective sales incentive plans. These plans have led to record sales achievements for the business.
Stanley has been with M1 for eight years. He has led the HR team for four years. More recently, Stanley has taken on a hybrid Rewards and Agile transformation role.
