Currently the Head of Group Human Resources with Greenpac, Singapore, part of France’s Treis Group, Steve’s career started 25 years ago with the hospitality industry.
Having graduated initially with a Degree in Hospitality specialising in Marketing & HR Management from Macquarie University, Steve has taken a far more different career path as compared to his peers. He has worked in various international hotel chains & online travel agencies (OTA) in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts Management, Learning & Development and finally Human Resource Management. This ‘’extended route’’ has opened up his horizon to how each department functions in a business and provided a better understanding of manpower management in each unique environment, both locally and globally.
Steve’s lifelong dream was fulfilled when he was offered a full scholarship by Singapore Tourism Board to pursue a joint MBA Program with Nanyang Technological University and the prestigious Cornell University in Ithaca. He earned his Master’s Degree in 2018.
