Jin Li is a Director at AIA, bringing an extensive experience of about 30 years in Marketing, Product Design & Development, Customer Analytics, Affluent and High Net Worth Distribution and Proposition Marketing in major leading Insurance companies in Singapore & Asia Pacific. She is currently the Head of AIA Vitality & Product Proposition in AIA Singapore.

Outside of work, Jin Li is a parent to 4 children and is also a foster parent registered under Ministry of Social Affairs (MSF).   She is privileged to be working at AIA Singapore who believes strongly in work life balance and health and wellness of every staff.
