Yenny is currently the Head of Total Rewards Asia Pacific at Henkel, where she is responsible for driving the overall Total Rewards strategy in line with Henkel business goals and priorities as well as the needs and aspirations of its employees across the region. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of regional HR management including talent management, compensation, labor relations, policy design, and merger & acquisition.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Henkel, Yenny was the Senior HR Director for South East Asia in Honeywell. She led a team focused on developing and implementing HR strategies that drove business results, created a positive work environment and experience for employees, and increased levels of employee engagement. As Honeywell operates in multiple industries, she enjoyed working with leaders across Honeywell\u2019s diverse lines of businesses to support their dynamic workforce needs.<\/p>\n
