Currently holding the role of Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Otis SEA, the world\u2019s leading manufacturer of elevators and escalators, Vinita brings more than 30 years of HR and general management expertise gained from business partnering leadership roles across SEA, APAC and EMEA.<\/p>\n

As an advisor and consultant to senior stakeholders on business strategy and effective execution, she has successfully managed change management, built high performance cultures, overseen mergers and acquisitions and organisation development across multiple global sites, with a dedicated focus on business and cultural transformation.<\/p>\n

As an advocate of change and building a strong agile workforce ready for the future, Vinita volunteers more than 500 hours each year to support the development of underprivileged youth as a mentor and coach.<\/p>\n

Most recently, Vinita has achieved the Leader of the Year award in HR Excellence (2023) and led the Singapore team to achieve the HR Excellence in Change Management (2023) as well as the Employer of the year award (2024).She also achieved the Wellbeing Partner Award from WorkWell Leaders in 2025<\/p>\n
