Cecilia is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across talent acquisition, employer branding, organization development, and employee experience in international markets. She is currently the Director of Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Langham Hospitality Group, where she leads global recruitment strategies and the development of the Group’s Employee Value Proposition and employer brand. Her leadership has helped the organisation earn multiple accolades, including LinkedIn’s Best Employer Brand Winner in 2025 and several HR Asia awards in the past. Prior to this, Cecilia served as Group HR & OD Head at Green Monday, overseeing HR and organisation development across 10 markets, and as APAC HR Lead at OnTheList, where she partnered closely with senior leadership on talent, culture, and sustainability initiatives. She also held regional talent acquisition and employer branding roles at Richemont. Cecilia is passionate about building people strategies that connect business goals with culture, purpose, and long-term growth.
