Henry is an HR leader with experience spanning consulting and corporate environments. He currently leads HR solutions and digitalization at Shangri-La Group, driving the group’s ongoing journey to modernize its global HR operations and capabilities.

Prior to his current role, Henry spent over a decade in consulting, including KPMG, Willis Towers Watson, and Korn Ferry, where he advised leading organizations across financial services, technology, retail, energy, and hospitality on large-scale transformation, organization design, change management, and talent strategy. His consulting portfolio includes multi-market operating model restructuring, post-M&A workforce integration, digital transformation change programmes, and leadership development across Asia Pacific.

With experience on both sides of the consulting-corporate divide, Henry brings a practical, cross-industry perspective on what it takes to make organizational transformation stick.
