By aligning people strategy with operational execution, he ensures that the Group’s retail standards and brand identity remain consistent from the boardroom to the storefront.

Prior to his current role, he was Bluebell’s Group Director for the Centre of Excellence & Quality of Service. His extensive leadership background in the luxury and retail sectors includes senior roles at Louis Vuitton as Director of Talent Management for North Asia, and VF Corporation as Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness for Asia Pacific. He also brings deep global expertise from Avery Dennison, where he led talent acquisition across Asia-Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa.
