Jeffrey Wu has over 16 years of progressive human resources leadership across retail, consumer electronics, sustainability, and luxury hospitality, he has held senior and regional roles at KEF/Gold Peak Industries, Rosewood Hotel Group, Alba Group Asia, Melco Entertainment and Hasbro Inc.

Currently he is the Talent Lead at Woolworths Group International, in a dual role of managing the regional Human Resources function for the BIG W Asia. and international learning and development (L&D) frameworks, advancing talent acquisition (TA) strategies, and strengthening HR operations across the Group’s diverse footprint in the region.

Having successfully managed multi-market workforces and corporate transformations across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the US, Jeffrey brings a global perspective and deep cross-cultural understanding to human capital management.
