Reporting to the Founder and CEO, he plays a key role in shaping global strategy, advancing expansion, and strengthening governance across the Group’s diverse portfolio. Previously Chief Operating Officer, Johnson drove operational excellence and alignment across PPG’s international network, supporting its mission to redefine the airport experience through integrated hospitality. 

With decades of leadership across hotels, airport services, and real estate, he has held senior roles at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Sino Hotels, and Landmark Properties & Development Group. Having worked across Asia and North America, Johnson brings a global perspective and deep cultural understanding. He is known for aligning stakeholders around clear strategies and delivering sustainable, people-focused results through collaboration and innovation.
