Jovan is an Analytics Partner at H&M Group. He has over two decades of experience in People Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Innovation across Telecom, Energy, Banking, Financial Services, Film & Media, Fashion, Consulting, and Public Transportation sectors in North America and Asia Pacific.
For the past decade, Jovan has successfully delivered large-scale AI & Cloud Transformation projects, streamlined infrastructure from silos to centralised enterprise roadmap, and modernised analytics from spreadsheets to predictive models to GenAI while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making for mid to large enterprises.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Data Science (Distinction) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Jovan chairs the Innovation Committee at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the AI & Big Data Committee at the Fintech Association of Hong Kong. He is also on the Corporate Advisory Board for HKUST’s MSc in Business Analytics programme.
