Lisa Yeow is currently the Director of People and Organisation for the North Asia region of luxury leader Chanel. Over the past two decades with the House in HR leadership roles, Lisa has led the drive to build a thriving, engaged and high performing organisation across the diverse and fast-growing Asia Pacific markets. She has steadily amplified culture evolution and talent development in a way unique and authentic to the company, ensuring the heritage and vision of the House is embedded into people experience and that human centricity is at the heart of decision-making. These actions have been recognised as critical success factors in the rapid growth and continued transformation of the company, as its regional workforce also grew more than ten-fold during her tenure to date. Lisa is a passionate advocate for social sustainability within and outside the company and its responsibility to be a force for good in the societies where it operates.

Prior to CHANEL, Lisa built her leadership and multicultural understanding in the financial services industry with roles in London, Africa, India, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Australia.

Lisa’s passion is in driving organisation success and relevance through long-term people development, pertinent transformation and employee experiences steeped in meaning and purpose.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science and a Master of Commerce in Organisation Behaviour and Employee Relations. She is based in Hong Kong S.A.R.
