As a people partner at Lee Kum Kee since 2022, she collaborates with senior leadership to craft impactful HR strategies and cultivate a thriving company culture. She has led transformative initiatives in culture rebranding, employer brand positioning, and company-wide engagement and recognition programs, all aimed at elevating team morale and aligning with business goals.

Before her current role, Pearl made significant contributions as a people partner at Hong Kong Express and Marriott International, where she designed and executed dynamic engagement programs across the Asia-Pacific region and managed internal communications and large-scale events, including employee appreciation and CSR activities. Her early career in hospitality event management, paired with her extensive experience, gives her a distinctive perspective on creating extraordinary employee experiences.
