Cissy is a Chartered Human Resources Professional and currently serves as Director, Talent Management Asia at AECOM. She designs development strategies to accelerate leadership growth, enhance team performance, and shape career pathways across the region. With a diverse background in management consulting, law, psychometric assessment, and coaching, she brings a multidimensional approach to cultivating future leaders. Passionate about Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, she actively advances AECOM’s regional agenda, believing in a world where everyone has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and contribute meaningfully. Cissy holds an LLM in International and Commercial Law from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. She is also a Certified Management Consultant and Sustainable Development Planner, with additional accreditations in Hogan, MBTI, Everything DiSC, DDI facilitation, and a Global Mobility Specialist designation.
