She designs development strategies to accelerate leadership growth, enhance team performance, and shape career pathways across the region. With a diverse background in management consulting, law, psychometric assessment, and coaching, she brings a multidimensional approach to cultivating future leaders. Passionate about Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, she actively advances AECOM\u2019s regional agenda, believing in a world where everyone has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and contribute meaningfully. Cissy holds an LLM in International and Commercial Law from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. She is also a Certified Management Consultant and Sustainable Development Planner, with additional accreditations in Hogan, MBTI, Everything DiSC, DDI facilitation, and a Global Mobility Specialist designation.<\/p>\n
