Adhika is an experienced leader in human resources (HR) and communications, with a background in multinational roles across pharmaceutical, consumer goods, consulting, and teaching sectors. He is currently serving as People & Organisation Director for Novo Nordisk Indonesia – a global pioneer in obesity and diabetes care, founded in 1923 and headquartered in Denmark.

Previously, he served as HR Director for P&G Indonesia. He has helped organisations to go through various transformation and business acceleration projects. Adhika was awarded the Gold Award as HR Manager of the Year at HR Excellence Awards 2021.

During his current tenure, Adhika has played an instrumental role in Novo Nordisk Indonesia becoming recognised as the #1 in the ‘Best Places to Work’ list (for five consecutive years) and ‘Best Places to Work’ for Women for the second time.

He also enabled P&G Operations Indonesia to be named as HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023, as well as emerge as a winner in Employer of the Year, Women Empowerment/DE&I, and Workplace Wellbeing categories at HR Excellence Awards 2023.

Adhika is actively building Indonesian future leaders through PMSM Indonesia, HRStories, and various lectures, mentoring, coaching, workshops, and conferences.
