Luluina Karina Singarimbun is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Star Energy, and she is a Certified Professional Coach. With a demonstrated 17 years of experience in HR, she has made her marks in managing major organisation changes, from mergers and acquisitions to reorganisation in Indonesia and the ASEAN region. In the last 8 years in Bayer, she works mainly with the leadership team to build trust and collaboration with diverse business units to improve engagement, aiming and resulted in higher business performance. In her current role she collaborates with people leaders to strengthen organisation in diversity, equity and inclusion and enabling today’s leaders and employees with skills to lead and perform in the VUCA world. Last year she just completed her short-term assignment as Global HR Digital Transformation for Consumer Health where she is working closely with business leaders and digital team to ensure that the entire Consumer Health organization will be digitally upskilled and adopt the new way of working.

Lulu is a force to reckon with in the HR field, with well-rounded portfolios ranging from People Strategy, Organisation Transformation, and Organisation Culture, to Employee Wellbeing and Engagement. Eyes on the organisation objectives, she manages to spearhead key initiatives by improving several critical policies to shape relevant and current organization model and employee profiles, bringing in great employee experiences and position the company as an employer of choice.

Prior to joining Bayer, Lulu paved and deepened her HR skills with notable marks in Indonesia and in the region. She led a diverse and multinational team for SC Johnson & Son ASEAN operations and worked side by side with leadership teams in solving organisational and leadership challenges.
